Glow State is built around a simple idea: food as a form of care.
Sometimes that looks like starting the week with a fridge full of food you’re excited to eat. Sometimes it means cooking for someone who could use a little looking after. Other times, it’s gathering friends around the table or spending an evening learning something new in the kitchen.
Through personalized meal prep, food for care and recovery, private dinners and at-home cooking classes, Glow State brings thoughtful cooking into your home, shaped around your tastes, your life and what you need in the moment.

Nope!! That’s kind of the whole point.
Every menu is completely curated to you: your taste preferences, dietary needs, goals, lifestyle, favorite foods, dislikes and whatever you’re craving that week.
There’s a focus on whole foods, balanced meals, fresh ingredients, plenty of herbs and flavor, and cooking from scratch. You’ll have a chance to review your menu before your session, so nothing unexpected ends up taking over your fridge.
No two clients eat the same thing.

It really depends on what makes your week easier.
For some clients, that means fully prepared lunches and dinners. For others, it might be marinated proteins, cooked grains, roasted vegetables, sauces, sides, breakfasts, snacks, or components that can be mixed and matched throughout the week.
And variety is a big part of Glow State. Meal prep does not have to mean eating the same chicken, rice and broccoli five days in a row. Your setup is built around what you actually want to eat and how much flexibility you want throughout the week.
-
Once the menu is approved, the grocery list/order is organized ahead of the session and the client pays for the groceries directly.
That keeps grocery costs separate from your Glow State service fee and also means you're not fronting hundreds of dollars in groceries every week.
-
Yes, but you don't have to plan them.
You can be as involved as you'd like. Come with specific recipes and meals you're craving, or simply say, “I want high-protein lunches, I hate mushrooms, and I need dinners that reheat well.”
Your preferences, dietary needs, goals and routine are used to curate a menu from there, and you'll have the chance to approve it before your session.
Think of it less like ordering from a menu and more like having the menu built around you.
-
Dietary preferences and restrictions can be incorporated into your menu and should be shared before your first session.
Because all food is prepared in your own kitchen, any food allergies — particularly severe allergies — should be discussed during the consultation before booking.
A home kitchen may contain allergens or present cross-contact risks, so accommodations need to be considered individually rather than making a blanket allergy-free guarantee.
